Desco Electronics, Inc is committed to servicing our customers’ RoHS requirements.
Since the fall of 2005, our manufacturing facility has been in the process of converting its inventory to meet RoHS requirements. We realize that some companies do not require nor desire RoHS compliance therefore we are equipped to provide both lead and lead-free tin dipping and soldering.
Desco works with all of its customers in helping locate and convert to RoHS compliant alternative parts for their assemblies. We document all RoHS compliant assemblies leaving our facility on the Certificate of Compliance (CofC) and labeling is applied to each package with our standard RoHS compliant label. We are open to incorporating any other labeling and RoHS documenting requirements you may need.

Desco is committed to producing quality product. Quality checks are built into each phase of production and all finished assemblies are 100% tested and/or inspected prior to shipment.
Our quality process consists of:
- Quality checks through-out each production phase
- Cirrus tested
- Continuity testing
- Tension test and measurement of crimped terminals
- 100% visual inspection
